The Combined Second Biennial Transparency and Fifth National Communication Report to The UNFCCC (2BTR+5NC) will be submitted to the National Climate Change Council (NCCC)

Please be guided by the form attached hereto as Annex 2, in preparing your Proposal.

Your proposal, comprising of a Technical and Financial Proposal, in separate sealed envelopes (containing three hard copies and one electronic copy), should be submitted on or before 27 February 2026 with an acknowledgment letter to BTR1/BTR2/NC5-EGY Project to the following address:

Your Proposal must be expressed in the English language and valid for a minimum period of one month.
