Application:
A technical proposal (maximum 8 pages) outlining the proposed methodology based on the TOR, including the proposed approach and an implementation plan. The proposal should also include the following:
- Information as detailed in the “Qualifications” section.
- A CV detailing qualifications and experience
- Background information and reference from previous works.
Any other supporting materials relevant to the proposal.
The financial proposal shall present a separate firm, all-inclusive lump-sum price for Phase 1 and Phase 2. The Phase 1 price shall cover Deliverables 1 to 4, while the conditional Phase 2 price shall be presented separately for Deliverable 5 and Deliverable 6. Each price shall be expressed in EGP and include a breakdown by deliverable and major cost category, including professional fees, field investigations, equipment, transport, travel, accommodation, taxes, and any other costs required to complete the respective phase. Payment for Phase 2 shall apply only if Phase 2 is formally activated by the Green Sharm project.
