Consultancy for the Development of an Integrated Mosquito Management and Sustainable Landscaping Framework

Application:

A technical proposal (maximum 10 pages) outlining the proposed methodology based on the TOR, including the proposed approach and an implementation plan. The proposal should also include the following:

• Information as detailed in the “Qualifications” section.
• A CV detailing qualifications and experience.
• The names, roles, CVs, expected level of effort, and signed statements of availability of all proposed supporting specialists, together with details of any laboratory or technical-service provider proposed for mosquito identification or other specialist work.
• Background information and reference from previous works.

Any other supporting materials relevant to the proposal.

The financial proposal shall present an all-inclusive lump-sum price in Egyptian pounds, including the consultant’s and supporting specialists’ fees, laboratory and technical service costs, field equipment and sampling costs, travel and accommodation, training costs, and all applicable taxes and VAT, where applicable.
