Role Overview
We are seeking a strategic and technical IT Project Manager to lead our high-impact digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for orchestrating information technology/ governance projects ensuring they are delivered with precision, security, and measurable ROI.
Key Responsibilities
• End-to-End Orchestration: Lead the full IT project lifecycle.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary link between technical engineering teams and non-technical executive leadership.
• Resource & Budget Management: Manage project budgets and lead cross-functional teams.
• Risk & Security: Proactively identify technical bottlenecks and ensure all deployments comply with Digital Egypt data privacy standards.
• Archiving & Reporting: Keep documents and logs for all project activities and prepare periodic reports about the projects.
• Vendor Management: Oversee relationships with third-party tech providers to ensure SLA compliance.
Required Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer engineering, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
• Experience: 5+ years of experience in IT Project Management.
• Certifications: Active PMP (Project Management Professional) and Scrum Master (CSM) is a strong plus.
• Technical Literacy: Deep understanding of software development life cycle, Cybersecurity fundamentals, and Network Infrastructure.
• Tools: Mastery of Jira, Microsoft Project, and Slack/Teams for project tracking.
Preferred “Power” Skills
• Excellent command of Arabic and English (Technical & Business).
• Experience in the Higher Education or Governmental sector in Egypt.
• Strong communications, problem solving, and negotiation skills.
