A Joint protocol of cooperation between the Operational Unit for Development Assistance (OUDA) and the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AmCham Egypt)

In the presence of Dr. Tamer Naeem, Executive Director of the Operational Unit for Development Assistance (OUDA) and Ms. Silvia Mansi, Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AMcham Egypt), a joint protocol of cooperation was signed today with the aim of preparing and qualifying the human cadres from the government sector and the private sector.

Dr. Tamer Naeem stressed that this protocol contributes significantly to upgrading the level of the employee, whether in the government or the private sector, adding that training in general is a continuous process through which the trainee is provided with the necessary information and skills to be able to achieve specific tasks better, Positive in performance and preparation for adaptation to change in the future.

 

Mrs. Silvia, Executive Director of the American Chamber of Commerce in Egypt (AMcham Egypt), expressed her pleasure to meet with two senior entities with a great deal of experience in this field, represented by the Operational Unit for Development Assistance (OUDA), because of its great experience in training and preparing the human cadres in various sectors of the State. This program also contributes to improving the efficiency of employees in institutions, and to help them acquire the skills and competencies necessary to meet the challenges of the 21st century, increase the efficiency of employees at various degrees of employment and deepen their loyalty and belonging to their institutions, which helps to raise their competitiveness, and contribute to improving the level of workers innovatively and creatively.
