The operational unit for development assistance (OUDA) was established 1992 by the United Nations Development Program and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and currently under the capacity of the Minister of International Cooperation.
 
The unit development objective is the commitment to the creation of a cadre of professionals. Among the unit main priorities is the enhancement of national capabilities through human resource development, as only the human element is able to contribute to the sound and efficient development of the country.
 
The MBA – Bi Lingual Scholarship

The OUDA - Eslsca MBA Bi Lingual Scholarship is the Egyptian top scholarship scheme, and is awarded only to Egypt’s brightest and most promising university graduates and professionals. The scholarships offered by the OUDA each year is to enable Egyptians to undertake postgraduate study, giving them the opportunity to become familiar with the global business environment and gain skills that will be of direct benefit to Egypt.
 
This programme aims to prepare the future generation of leaders, in both public and private arenas, to produce positive growth. This highly competitive programme will award scholarships to candidates who demonstrate relevant professional experience, leadership capabilities, dedication and commitment to human and socio-economic progress.
 
·         Studies and courses are in Arabic & English language
 
The scholarships scheme is managed by the Operational Unit for Development Assistance (OUDA). In 2011, MBA Bi Lingual scholarships are supported by Eslsca, ICHRD. Scholarships are advertised every year, in October.
 
Funded MBA Bi Lingual Scholarships
 
The fifty percent funded Scholarships cover 50% course fees in Egypt. The scholarships are for postgraduate study of up to a maximum of Twenty Four month.
 
Partial Funded MBA Bi Lingual Scholarships
 
The partial funded Scholarships cover 25% (Twenty Five Percent) course fees. The scholarships are for postgraduate study of up to a maximum of Twenty Four month.
 
 
To apply for 50% Funded Scholarship you must meet the following criteria:
 
  • For Egyptian Candidates only and the age does not exceed 40 years

  • Applicants must be graduates with a ‘Excellent’ grade or GPA of 3.5 Plus with a bachelor, from a recognized institution of higher education and a solid record of academic achievements.
  • Minimum of 2 (Two) years relevant work experience.
  • English language is a must
  • Minimum IELTS of 6.5, or Local TOEFL of 500
  • Graduates from: Commerce (accounting) or Business Administration or Economics only
  • Be free from all military and official service regulations.
  • Applicants must meet the standard requirements as stated in Eslsca admission requirement

To apply for 25 % Scholarship you must meet the following criteria:

  • For Egyptian Candidates only and the age does not exceed 40 years
  • Applicants must be university graduates with with a ‘good’ grade,  bachelor or the equivalent, from a recognized institution of higher education. and a solid record of professional achievements.
  • Minimum of 2 (Two) year relevant work experience.
  • English language is a must
  • Minimum IELTS of 6.5, or Local TOEFL of 500
  • Graduates from: Commerce (accounting), Business Administration, Economics, Law, Arts and Engineering.
  • Be free from all military and official service regulations.
  • Applicants must meet the standard requirements as stated in Eslsca admission requirement

  • IELTS of 6.5, or Local TOEFL of 500 (if not present a leveling English test will be taken until obtaining the IELTS or TOEFL)  
 
Placement & English leveling exams Dates: From 18th till 22nd Nov 2011
 
Scholarships Acceptance
 
Based on placement written exam highest scores and candidates demonstrated capabilities in the committee interview.

The MBA Bi-Lingual programs are
offered under the academic supervision
of Group ESLSCA faculty, MBA Bi-Lingual can be
completed in Four academic terms. It
should be noted, however, that the time
to complete the program is Twenty Four months.
